I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Heise Media Group. Historically our company always handled our advertising and marketing internally. Until I contracted with Heise Media Group, I personally negotiated all of my media buys, worked with various graphic artists and designed all of the coupons, flyers, brochures and other printed materials. Ultimately these tasks began consuming an ever-increasing amount of my time. I also realized that our “look” had become dated.

Heise Media has handled our marketing, traditional media and social media for nine years now. Marlene is refreshingly honest and extremely hard working as she brings new vision to many facets of our business. Beyond the regular media and advertising work, they have rebranded both of our companies, designed new lobby graphics and light box inserts, window graphics, business cards, employee uniforms and logos. Heise Media Group also launched Today Cleaners into the world of social media and e-marketing with a completely new website, creating our Facebook presence and developed new 60 second video lifestyle segments to air and share.

Everything Heise does is first class. We now have a cohesive look and all aspects of our marketing campaigns are very well coordinated. I feel that we receive much more value out of our advertising efforts now. Heise Media Group keeps our company focused on our customers, and we have benefitted greatly from utilizing their expertise.
